Industrial Heater

Heatandcool provides industrial heating solutions for processes that fall into three general categories: medium-temperature (between 400 and 1,150 °C), high-temperature (beyond 1,150 °C), and low-temperature (to approximately 400 °C).

Baking and drying, curing finishes, soldering, molding, and shaping polymers are examples of low-temperature operations. Melting polymers and some non-metals for casting or reshaping, as well as annealing, stress-relieving, and heat-treating metals, are examples of medium temperature processes.

Steelmaking, brazing, welding, casting metals, cutting, smelting, and the manufacturing of certain chemicals are examples of high-temperature operations.
