Coil Heater
Coil Heater
Up to 750°C, coil heaters provide a high heating profile and excellent performance in small areas. Coil heaters come in a variety of diameters and cross-sections, and they can be shaped into nearly any geometric shape in addition to being straight and coil-shaped.
Coil heaters can be stretched to meet spread wattage requirements or tightly coiled to give focused heat. Integrated thermocouples are another feature that coil heaters can include for accurate temperature control and fast reaction. The thermocouple may be terminated anywhere in the coil portion and may be of type “J” or “K.”
